ASA Awards Banquet and Presentations

Time to get your table for the Awards banquet. Many clubs come to this event after their ASA general meeting that day. Dinner,awards,and presentation are handed out to reconize those who contribute to the sport of snowmobiling in Alberta. Our club the Ft. Saskatchewan Snow Angels attend every year. I would like to see a group from the Snow and Mud site here attend because we all contribute to snowmobiling in Alberta and even BC with this website and the many topics that are brought up. What do you think. Lets make this another event where we can promote Snow and Mud to people who are directly interested in what we are doing.

I think I will probably be there with the Trailseekers this year being I am on the executive committee, but I would go as a representative for both, and would be sure to have lots of cards for this site with me.

I think it should be limited to the moderators as we do represent the site. If we get everyone and their dogs coming then we'll be over represented..... We'll need "Snowandmud.com" ties or Golf Tee's..... as it is a semi formal event.

If the club doesn't buy my way, I'll come join you guys!

Entertainment is a hipnotist. Usually a good time I have been going every year. This year our club is paying for excucitive to attend for appreciation. It is semi-formal but no real pressure to be overdressed. I hear if you don`t wear your suit once in a while it shrinks up on you. Much like your snowmobile suit shrinks over the summer. Thats why they sell so many suits at the Sled Show.

Hypnosis is Sabastian Steel. Rated one of the top three acts in Western Canada. Cost $40.00 before Sept. 7 $50.00 after Sept 7 so book early and enjoy

As the North East Zone rep. for the ASA I will be there and it always is a great time how can it not be with a room full of sledders recongnizing volunteers and supporters that help out our sport in a huge way.
