 | 07 REV 800 Throttle My 13yr old nephew just got a new to him 07 Rev 800. Im wondering if there is a quick easy way to make the throttle easier to push with his thumb so his hand doesnt get tired? We all switched to REV's this year and I find his 800 throttle stiffer than my RT 1000 throttle. Any ideas would be appreciated.

 Classified Rating: 100% (2) | Re: 07 REV 800 Throttle You might check and see if the throttle cable(s) and injection cable(all part of the throttle cable) might be sticking inside somewhere..... My '04 800 is almost as easy as my '06 rt1000 throttle to pull........ Rt1000 is fuel injected, so its just a throttle body flap that you're pulling, whereas the 800's are carbuereted and you're pulling on the throttle flatsides......that is why the 800 has a harder throttle to pull than the 1000
