How hard is it to install a reverse kit

Hey i was just wondering how complex it is to install a reverse kit on a 06 apex mtn?? I am pretty mechanically inclined but was just going to go pick up a kit from the dealer if any of you have one for sale i would be intersted. As well does it require special tools to install

not that difficult,saw a used one on ebay
RX1Install
the link is for an rx1 but will work for the ape

Thanks for the input motorman much appreciated do you need one that is especially for the apex mtn or will an old one from a rx1 work. Or is the gearing different for the mtn.

eBay Motors: 2006 - 2009 COMPLETE APEX REVERSE (item 110294540658 end time Oct-06-08 18:00:51 PDT)
if i was to buy a used reverse kit,i would price out a new chain.And the new kit price.The used gears and such would be okay,but would deffinatly put a new chain on.
