What oil to use?

Hey guys I got a brand new 800r short block for my 07 Summit and was curious what kind of oil to use for break in and how many tanks of oil should i run through the machine before going back to full synthetic?

throw 1 litre into the tank of synthetic..( of you want not required ) run up the motor and bleed the oil injection ( hold it wide open with a coat ahnger for 5 minuts) and run just that one tank. ride it how your going to ride it and that is that!!
