![]() | I’m a little confused by this. I was checking over my 2009 800 RMK and noticed my coolant reservoir was full to the top. I haven’t run the sled for a couple of days so it was stone cold, and I never added any coolant. When I opened the cap the level rose even more and stated to come out of the reservoir. I only have 350 km on the sled, and the coolant was at the proper level before. Has anyone else had this happen? Could this be caused by an air pocket in the system?

![]() | Re: Full Coolant Reservoir that could be a reason. you will have to run the sled with the lid of the resivior the fluid may overflow.

![]() | Re: Full Coolant Reservoir Yep, you got some air pockets somewhere. The easiest way to get rid of it is to lift the front of the sled off the ground, take off the puke jug lid and loosen the bleed screw on the top of the thermostat housing. By lifting the front of the sled, you make this the highest point, where the air will naturally go. Once you get all the air bled off, top off the puke jug, then run the machine for a few minutes, and repeat.
