We rode from km 8 on Sunday at Renshaw but no parking for more than a couple of trucks so park at the parking lot, there is enough snow on the trail to ride it from the lot. Rode with Barry, Rod and Steve had a good safe day with a little trail breaking some creek jumping (Blackwater creek is still open water) Good time had by all and looking forward to getting back out later this week! Made it to around the ten KM mark to unload will not be driving in again for sure after today could ride from the parking lot, great base for the trail...

lm going into Kakwa for a Recce on Dec 1st, heading in from the BC side. lf there is enough snow, and weather permiting im planning to go to Table Top and the Mountains on Sat 5.

Anyone wanting to tag along is welcome, it will be earlyish start meeting at the Walker creek parking lot 7-8am.

lts a long trip, you will need to bring extra gas.

We usually head up as a group of 6-8 and do all our own cooking and stuff, so not really looking for hotels or B&B's. There used to be a front to back duplex by the Ride N Hide that we used to rent, but have heard that that is all gone.
