Such a terrible tragedy and it seems to happen all to often. My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to the family and friends of yet another fallen rider. This should be a lesson to all of us, sometimes we can change the out come and sometimes we cant. But be rest assured what we can change is our EDUCATION in this type of situation
