It WILL NOT be an ONLY ATV TRAIL, it will be a multi use trail open to cylcing,snowmobiles,Atv's,hiking,horseback, horse drawn wagons etc. BUT NOT TO JEEPS & 4X4 TRUCKS. They want to build it with no more than 10% GRADE (slope) and hard pack shale / gravel base. There plan is to have it as a main artery trail with other more challanging trails shooting off in certain areas.
