I remember winning a couple prizes @ the edson rally 2 years back i think it was. In the past, I handed out raffle tickets for a chainsaw for those wearing helmets. If you were not wearing a helmet you had no chance at the chainsaw. This year I am going to propose a significant change to our encourgement for wearing helmets.
