| Re: 95 Polaris XLT600 I had the same sled. Never had a problem with anything. rode it till the odometer quit at 3850 miles and that was two years before i sold it. Rode it like i stole it all the time. My theory is if it can't take it build it stronger. hear lots of cylinder problems with these sleds to never had 1 Only problem I had was it was a beach to start sometimes. Keep your eyes open for a used blowed up engine one that you could get cheap maybe and have a complete parts sled. Have you checked ebay or kijiji? Good luck.
