what goes around comes around like ya said, again its too bad because thats a sweet location, maybe if it goes up for sale one day we can all kick in and DOO it right... I will volunteer as general manager and sled wrecker with minimal pay just sleds and fuel... partner anyone?  I'm in! And do I have qualifications as a sled wrecker!
