Re: anyone know where i can get a 660 Cylinder ? for a good price :P

well we head up there Friday, to stay at a brother of the brother in law's.

we head out on the trails sat morn.

If you can find the cylinder before Friday i can pick it up on the way.

should pm phone #'s so i can give you a time of arrival on Friday when we leave.

i think its 4hrs to Coldlake from WCT.. so bonnyville is about hmm 3.5hrs or a little over.

If you can find the cylinder gimme a price so i can get some cash.

I'd split it and put a good rod in anyway, like a Carrillo. Stud the head also.

ya the head will get new headbolts no studs

the rod i would do if i was going bigger than 686. but I've heard no reason warranting one for a 686 kit so far.

my sessions can be a little fuzzy .. so i'm guessing it all worked out well.

Re: anyone know where i can get a 660 Cylinder ? for a good price :P

Well the 686 & cam is in and the bikes running like a beast.

first real test drive this weekend and initial break in.

Thanks to terry he saved by but twice got me the cylinder for this bike and when i snapped the temp sensor off he had one sent to me in 2 days ! otherwise id still be down .. thanks again man!

Things i already notice ..
This bike is freaking snappy or at least seems much more snappy but i didn't get to take it for a ride yet just had time to put some liquid ice anti freeze in it before i had to shut it down..
And if you try to use the starter on the wrong stroke it will solid lock haha hopefully that stops as it breaks in ( had to pull it over one stroke with the pull start lol too much compression ). but it fires on the first stroke lol no choke either.
