Definitely needed for the towns sake, but I suspect $300K for a condo in Valemount is going to be a tough sell.

yes and no. i think trades people and anyone directly tied to oil and whatnot might hold off. but you have your dentists and doctors annd so on that have money burning holes in their pockets right now!!

We met the owner of Saas Fee Land Developments a few years ago and and hit it off. We put their team in touch with some of our contacts in an effort to help the project along and they started including us in the process as a way to say thanks. My wife and I have were considering a move to Valemount full time, so there was the possibility of us doing some other business with them as well. IN the mean time we are looking at these condos as a possible investment that will also provide a product we may get some use out of.

lol a little late for soon. winter is around the corner they missed the boat on being efficient and cost saving as far as ground breaking and foundation work is concerned.
