In Alberta it depends on the lake check your regulations for limits at each lake.

Depends what lake. Some are as high as 25 and low as 5.

Hey guys. Made my way to babine lake for 4 days with the family. Had a great trip and caught fish. Always a good time when I get there. I was after the lakers and I found them.

Yes sir. Been going there for 6 years now. Kids have a great time and it’s relaxing. The wind blew all day yesterday so we shut er down. Jack and Loyd at tukii haven’t done me wrong. I got into the lakers down at old fort.

Right at the point in front of old fort where it gets shallow quickly we’ve caught some good sized rainbows, and the rock wall across the lake from that is where we seem to do well for the char. It’s a fun lake to explore.

Lived in Granisle back in the day when the mines were going full tilt when I was a kid.
Fished lots by Bear island and great fishing on the backside of the old Ganisle mine.
Old fort and McKendrik island where also good spots.
Greal memories of those days.
Glad you can share such a wonderful spot with your children.

Hey guys. Made er out on the river tonight for a rip. The weather is being weird. Wind for 15 min then completely calm. Then more with then calm. Who knows if we’re going to get summer this year. River is still high and lots of debris still floating. Few snakes and this little walter. Killed a pack of hotdogs
