I own an 1981 Kawaski KE 125. For a start, i've bought this dirtbike from a man that lived just down the highway. Never met the guy, but when i had a talk with him, he seemed nice, and convincing. I liked the bike and bought it. 4 months later, my clutch started to slip. i had that "fixed" (sure doesn't feel like it) but supposebly it was a clutch spring that had went. Also the bike was "starving" for fuel. The mechanic fixed it and gave it back to me. Now the BIG problem came. While i was driving it home, when i accelerated, the bike would sputter, and bog. Considering that it was cold out i was fine with it, but it continued. when i got home, i left it for a week, than tried starting it, now it wont start! Help!

WHEN THE BIKE WAS BOGGING AL THE UNBURNT FUEL PROBABLY FOULED UP YOUR PLUG AFTER YOU TURNED IT OFF. START BY REPLACING YOUR SPARK PLUG AND PUT A LITTLE BIT OF GAS DOWN THE PLUG HOLE AND GIVE IT A KICK. IF IT FIRES AND QUITS YOU PROBABLY HAVE SOME CARB ISSUES TO DEAL WITH AND BY THE SOUNDS OF THE BOGGING IT WOULDNT HURT TO GIVE IT A GOOD CLEANING AND POSSIBLY SOME ALTERNATE JETTING.
