New Kawi KLR650 dual purpose

I am seriously considering one of these in addition to my mx bike. Does anyone have any experience with them. They seem to be a good, and cheap alternative for someone who does not want a crotch rocket.

My buddy had the off road version klx it was heavy but reliable.I cant imagion it would make a very good off road bike ok on dirt roads but not mutch else if you want a duel sport bike you can seriously off road look at the KTM EXC 450 or 525 if you want a street bike I would buy a street bike lots of good V twins out there.

IT IS A VERY GOOD BIKE FOR MILD OFF ROAD AND HIWAY RIDING BUT IF YOU DONT PLAN ON DOING MORE OFF ROADING THAN JUST GRAVEL THE KAWI VERSYS IS GOOD FOR GRAVELAND BETTER FOR LONG DISTANCE.
