Just came through there today from Fernie and the pass has very little snow. Was raining and did not look like it was snowing much up top..

A few miles past Coleman on the number 3 Highway. The road to atlas is on the north side of the highway. With enough fuel and good weather you could ride all to the Kananaskis area

I rode Atlas on Saturday. Snow was thin. had to watch for rocks. Creek crossings were possible, only one was without snow. The trail to the gas plants was bladed down to the gravel, so slow going if you wanted to get to the cabin. Sorry no pics, forgot my camera.
is a video from Saturday.

Good quality video and sound!

Hope we get some dumps before Xmas. Reports of the frost layers are beggining to be widespread!

Was out early to Atlas this morning. Five of us out playing in great conditions. It snowed pretty much all night and into the morning and now; afternoon, it is still coming down. Conditions were pretty good actually and we ventured off down a few trails that no one had been on. Was fantastic actually. The Allison road is a little rocky in some of the wind swept areas but only on one side so lots of room to zoom. Cabin was fairly active today with a few groups settling in for some lunch and great discussions. Judging by the cloud cover it will be even better tomorrow and Monday!
