Email Questions???

What causes this and how the heck can I fix it???

Yes they are all valid accounts......the ones I cannot send to end in .com, and .ca. I tis very fustrating ...works for .nets though.

Have rebooted twice..need help as this is the hotels emails and month end is going to suck if I can't send anything...
