You have something set french i would assume under windows somewhere

Pretty sure you can hold shift and cntrl at the same time and it will reset, or one before the other. Try it.

even better, go into your language settings and uninstall "canadian english" for your keyboard

on the bottom of your screen in the tool bar is a little picture of a keyboard, click on it and you can change the language.

i do that all the time and just push random buttons until it fixes itself. I try to be smarter than the computer but it doesnt always happen!
