If you dont mind going to St Albert, I can put you in touch with one of the best and really reasonably priced depending on whats wrong with your machine. PM for details.

I hate to say it but with that many hardware issues it may be cheaper to replace it with a newer faster system. The prices on laptops has REALLY dropped over the past few years.

I just when through the same thing. For a few more $$ you can get into pretty nice laptop. I spent just under $500 and got a nice lap top for the wife. If you fix what's wrong now, what's the next component that's gonna pile? They are made so cheap now I just assume that 3yrs is all I'm gonna get.

The guys are right sometimes way cheaper to just buy new. When ports fail it usually (not always But) means replacing the mother board. and depending on the age of the machine it can make it hard to find parts. I worked at staples for a few years as a tech, and if you have one handy they can look at it, or any local PC shops. But when your having multiple hardware issues it may pay to move on. Good luck either way you decide.

Technology now is made to be replaceable, not repairable

it obviously repairable but you're ahead of the game if you just replace

the other way is to see if there are upgrades for your hardware on the ur computers website ie mine is an acer go to the acer website and get the correct software for that computer. Mine was doing the same thing then went to the site only to learn that the software had been updated
