Hey, wondering what you guys think of DJ's clutch kit was thinking of having one put on my sled before this season, is it worth the money? Noticeable difference after the install? I'm looking for a little quicker throttle response, better backshifting, my Summit feels sluggish especially when I let off then hammer the throttle on a climb.

Thanks !

Run a DJ on my 15 T3 174". Works awesome. Heavier weight so when you hammer the throttle and it will lug thru the rpm instead of quick rpm. Playing in the trees it allows you to be on and off the throttle without trenching out b/c it doesn't spool up as fast and uses the midrange torque to keep up the track speed and let you chew thru the deep stuff.
You really notice how well it works on a downhill descent, holds you in gear, slows the machine down and doesn't need a huge burp at the bottom and slingshot you..

Very worthwhile mod to the sled.

I run a Rooster Built on my 163 XM. Way more improvement over stock and you keep a more consistent RPM on pulls with minimal fluctuating. Even switching out myself @ 200lbs to a guy who was @170lbs on a stock XM 163 it still pulled further.

I run rooster built on my Xm, was tentative at firstto install a clutch kit as I find stock works pretty well. I had good amount of k's on the sled and was going to install all new components anyways, got the kit cheap off one S&M members so decided to give it a try. Improved back shifting downhill and better throttle response. It did refine the sled to a point, but don't just install one to expect all these gains the other guy tells you.
