I am going to call about Big Horn Dam the maps says closed on that small sign.

Spoke with ESRD. Sugarbowl and Scalp closures will not be lifted due to washouts.

Tried to go west of Caroline the other day. There is snow but not enough IMO. Turned around pretty quickly, too risky.

Talked to srd as well on Thursday. I was told scalp creek will stay closed but sugar bowl is open but ride at your risk due to wash outs.
