Can't imagine having a phone bigger than the Iphone 5 that I have now. I wonder where things will be in a few years.
Funny how it all started with the "bag phone" then "the brick", then they went as small as a matchbook, now they are going full circle and making them bigger and bigger again.

Mine did the same thing, and I know many other people that have the same issue, it would die when at 50% battery in any temperature around 0. Took it to apple care and they told me to reset it and up date it and that didn't fix it, so I took it back and they gave me a new phone

Same here, in the cold dead in no time. Try keeping it a pocket close to my body just to keep it warm but doesn't always work.

Both my daughter's have iPhones and have had several. They always always do this. Hunting at 4 degrees last week phones at 50% and then boom shut off. My Android never ever do this. When they get the phone warm again it will turn back on.

I've had iPhones since the 3 come out. Awesome phones then. but around when the 5s come out they stopped working when they get cold. Did a update on my old 4s and then it never worked in the cold anymore. It's nothing new, updating it won't fix it neither will a new phone.... well a Samsung will fix the issue. I've been really thinking of switching...

I've got a sonim xp. It's a rugged phone, it's pretty simple as far as operating system goes but it works for me and battery lasts days and days.
