iPhone 5 help

I got a iPhone 5 today and took a unreal video and couple pics and when I got home I plugged my phone into the computer to put all the stuff from my old iPhone on, so iTunes opened up and I clicked update from previous back up on from my old phone, so it did a sync and reboot and it seems the video I took before I plugged it into iTunes is gone?? Anyone know how I could maybe get it back?

It's probably gone. You must have overwritten everything, like settings, calendars, contacts, A total restore. Unless you backed up the phone, which you shouldn't have to typiclly on a new phone, then you are hooped.
