Do you know if you unscrew the lighter end there is a fuse in there you maybe keep blowing the fuse. If you push in the charger on an angle the nib at the end and the one on side can both touch the side of the lighter at the same time blowing the fuse (done it a bunch of times) have to push the charger straight into the plug

I've got a motorola 12v to micro that I've been using along time now. Also have about 4 telus one's in the landfill somewhere. Motorola seems solid. Came with the hands free device I got for the one ton.

Thanks. It is not the fuse, If I wiggle the charger wire it works again. Just crappy chargers... I bought a few different ones and they all end up doing the same thing.

Try not to use Motorola chargers for Blackberries... The voltages in Motorola are different than any other cellphone. Blackberry and Motorola are ones that you want to try to keep to their own brand. Eventually they eat away at the charge life.

Make sure if you are having those problems, that you buy a Blackberry specific charger... Not generic ones... They're a little more pricey, but it definitely affects the charging. Go to Future Shop, The Source, Best Buy, etc. Most cellphones stores would carry them too.

Also check into what Murm said, because that could also be a cause of your problem.

did you check your outlet? If the metal tip at the end doesnt get a solid ground inside it will do that all the time. They get grey/black like corrosion and brushed over time and wont conduct properly. Cleaning it thoroughly with a dry rag or something could help. I repair the same issue at my shop with phones and headphone jacks constantly. Cue tips come out black and work perfectly after.
