I have 29.5 OL2's skinny/wide had to trim some some floor boards but they fit fine. Rub a little if you hit a big bump.

So, what I'm getting here is that 28" and smaller, I should be ok. Anything bigger than 28 will require work. And I can't go any wider than stock 8/10 without rear wheel spacers at least. Correct?

Wrong. A lot of 28's that are true height will still rub the front fenders in off camber terrain or slamming the front end down in wheelies. 28" Silver back's measure out at 26.5" tall and will not rub. 28" terminators or outlaws will rub. You will need a rear wheel spacer on stock rims with most 12" wide rear tires. 10" is fine. No front spacer is required for 7,8,9 or 10" wide tires.
