Time for a clutch rebuild on the quad. Having troubles in my area even finding a stock rebuild kit need to order piece by piece? What has everyone else done. Aftermarket clutch / clutch kit was it worth it? I basically just want to rebuild it stock or aftermarket don't matter. Or a aftermarket clutch it don't really matter. Red deer Alberta having a hard time finding anything here turplebros has nothing . Thanks

Was in the same boat as you, on my 07 renegade I went with CVTech primary and STM secondary now the rooster tails are twice as high when I'm stuck in the mud.
All kidding aside this is likely the biggest bang for the buck relatively speaking. If your into cruising over mudding you'll find way less need to shift into low till you get to the really steep/tough stuff. Of course low locks in tighter and quicker.
There are those with way more experience than I on clutching however short of Nos probably the biggest performance gain you'll get for the least amount of dough.

Rapid Revolutions for the primary and Mountain Magic for the secondary... No particular reason for either other than supporting local business.

Did Rapid try to sell you on the new STM primary? I'm tempted to try it but the QSC/STM combo seems tried and true.

Actually no, Kevin had that one in stock. Timing was good somebody had ordered it for theirs and the deal fell through so I grabbed it....at a bit of a discount.

gdawg while you got er apart I'd change the inner/outer primary covers from the 8 bolt to the 13 bolt. Less prone to warping and leakage, if you haven't done so already.
