Here's a list of 7 . In my opinion, Sherman Pass is the best. Its got plenty of trail riding (if that's your thing) and tons of off trail riding (which is our thing).

Thanks Justin. I do prefer the STEEP and DEEP for my style of riding.:d How long would it take to get there from Sunny Val Cal. My Sister lives there.:) And if I came down would you be Interested in showing a Canadian Sledder around.:cool: Thanks.

To get to where we usually ride it would take probably around 6 hours of driving (if I'm looking up the right place you are at, just north of San Jose). But since you are already up north I would suggest Gold Lakes / Yuba Pass area. That is some reall steep and deep. We rode up there last winter and it was amazing.

If I'm looking up the right place on the map you are just north of San Jose. I'd suggest riding the Gold Lakes / Yuba Pass area up there. We rode it last winter and it was amazing! There's some real steep and deep.
