Took some photos yesterday of the river at both bridges but can not seem to rotate them correctly to post.

Parked just below the dam on the Peace about 6 years ago , set up camp , made supper , rum took over , got up at 5:30 for some bladder relief , ..... OMG !

waited till about 9:30 AM , we were back floating. Learned a lesson !

Has that happen at Saunders but not as bad.

I’ve heard good things about it, but I’ve never ran it myself.

Drove out to Dickson dam today with the wifie for a tour, the gates to get down to boat launch below the spill way locked...?? Not sure if they open them in the week or what, lots of evidence of vehicle tracks, provincial park and locked up.

anyone know if there are hours or something.

Maybe able to launch at the Hwy 54 bridge river crossing launch. The ice was pretty thick along shore. I did not walk along the launch area as some folks were enjoying a nice fire in that area and I did not want to disturb. Or maybe the CARBA launch if you are a member.

I run Evans Waterless Coolant in my sled. Works good, but pretty expensive and a pain in the ass to get setup. It fixed my problem though, my sled would boil the water in the turbo when I shut it off, Evans will not boil and create pressure.
