Was a bit sketchy, let’s just say I’m glad I borrowed a couple extra straps, but I made it in one piece haha

New axle, or repaired? What was the original issue?

It was out of alignment, bent axel. Got my new one in tonight and they blew it , they changed the drop that we discussed because the guy building it said what I asked for wouldn’t work. I guess I’m smarter than there axel guy. Axel fit great, just need too downsize too 10 inch tires , FML

What would happen if you were to flip it and put it on top of leafs? Would it still not fit?

There is a front and top decals on the axel and for what I paid it’s getting fixed. If I flip it it will lift the trailer at least 4 inches over stock. That would make the fenders look pretty dumb. It may work but ain’t happinin.

Hard too tell in the pics but the axel sits about three inches higher in the new axel pics, fenders on a boat trailer are pretty tight

Yeh that sucks . Could get some longer U bolts and a inch or two block for between the spring and axle.
Yes you don’t want to flip as will be a pain at launch as well if it’s shallower.
Also I think if you look at thous fenders you will be able to shim them up on the front and back .
The brackets that hold them and spring will let you bolt through the top of the plastic down into the bracket .
Put a some tubing between fender and bracket with bolt through all .
