Ran the Red Deer Sunday, launched at Garrington bridge went up to a ledge by the coal camp road, then returned past trucks to Gleniffer lake and back to the trucks. Finally a sunny day, not real warm but nice and sunny.

Great pics. Is the Red Deer river pretty high up that way? Never ran that section before.

The Red Deer was at 90m3/s that day, I think thats higher than normal, it wasnt flooding. It was my first time there as well.

Ya I hit a few, nothing major, I'm not sure how far people go up there. I have a video of going over the ledge and back but no pics

Friday night NSR then up the Ram 5km. Saturday fishing NSR below Rocky. Sunday upper Braz. Monday Ram river to the chutes. Good weekend of boating finally.

What river were you running?
Was in the Castor creek. Probably about 3 km of winding river. Plenty deep enough for the seadoo’s. I took some GoPro footage will see how it turns out.

Thanks for the photos and vid's. Looks like the beavers still dam it up under the bridge, otherwise you should be able to go all the way to the railway bridge.
