My wife and I just returned from a one week trip to Sheridan Lake with the realization that we need a kicker for our Hewescraft 200 Pro V ET. It has an F150 Yamaha and even dragging two 5 gallon pails, we could not get below 2.5 mph. My question is, does Yamaha offer power tilt on an F15 as well as shift and throttle controls ? I’ve looked at their site and can’t find the info I’m looking for. It looks like it’s available for the F25 but I prefer to go smaller if possible. Anyone here have some experience they’d like to share ?

I believe they offer them on the 9.9's too. We have power tilt and separate shift and throttle controls on a 9.9 kicker.

For many others, it was great. For my wife and I, not so good. I couldn’t get my trolling speed low enough. Lots of people getting fish over 4 lbs., up to 8 lbs., trolling flies at 0.7 - 1 mph. I couldn’t keep my boat under 2-2.5, hence the need for a kicker or another interim solution.
