Hi guys, do you know what those stains on the seats/sun pad are? Is it cleanable? Sorry about the orientation.

Looks like mold from storage over winter or bleed through from a dirty cover.

Start with diluted Lysol spray. Lysol wipes work really well.
Then apply a good vinyl cleaner/conditioner. Available at Canadian Tire.

A diluted Bleach solution will also kill mold and and hopefully whiten the vinyl seats.
Good luck.

Recommend spray 9 as well. It's a great cleaner and has an antimicrobial agent as well. Mould has been resilient to bleach for some time, this is no longer used as a method of mould removal. The only way to get rid of mould is to remove the affected items. The hyphae grow deep into the pores.
Spray 9 works great on awnings as well and controls the growth for quite a while.

I used spray 9 marine on my whole boat after a buddy told me about it and also used those white magic erasors on the really bad spots and what a change. I also used the erasors on my trailer awning and came out just like new

That is definitely mold. Have to be careful on vinyl as some products will dry out the vinyl and it will crack. Go to an upholstery shop or good boat dealer. Both will have good vinyl cleaners and conditioners. Stains like those are going to take a little elbow grease and a few beer. Do not use Magic eraser as they act like sandpaper on vinyl.

Thank you for the responses guys. Just so there is no confusion, I am looking at this boat. Figured if I can clean up the seats should turn into a nice boat. Owner told me some spots are discoloration from the sun. Can that be cleaned up or is it permanent damage and dye is the only way to cover it? Sundeck he says needs to be re-upholstered. Not sure if he thinks stains can't be cleaned up or there is more damage than picture shows.

Most of that looks reddish which is mold. It is very difficult to remove and takes a lot of effort. The best product for cleaning vinyl is called Maco but it is very difficult to find. 303 and Babes work pretty good too as does a cleaner called Totally Awesome that you buy is US dollar stores. No matter what, it's going to take a lot of work to get that clean. Once you get it as clean as possible, leave it in the sun. The UV helps break down the mold.

I had been dealing with more or less similar stains on my boat. Tried everything including a awning cleaner that cracked my vinyl in a small area. Someone suggested spray 9 and that worked the best.

As a last resort if the stains don't come out and you really need them out try a course like powdered cleaner, even cloths soap.
On a rag dump a good helping, moisten it so its pasty gritty then scour it into the stain round and round till you cant take the heat no more.
Tide laundry soap is good.

There was a Dollar store here were I'm at{ in Canada} that sold the Totally Awesome brand cleaner but the Dollar Store shut down.
I used it to clean the black soot stains from my motorhomes propane hot water vents. Nothing else works like that stuff. Wish I could still get it. I think it had California cancer warnings on the label or something to that effect.
Your right it would take the boat seat stains off pretty quick.
