Was at the Nanaimo boat show this spring and really liked them compared to a king Fisher. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

just heard back from him as follows:

Lifetimer boats are built on the Island and are probably the toughest Aluminum boats on the market …they are expensive because each is hand welded and are bought by hard core BC coast Off Shore fishermen….I looked at one last week that is about 10 years old , 24” with a Volvo diesel selling for $95,000.00…..

Thanks, yes we saw one at the Nanaimo boat show. Twin 200 outboards, from the second I saw it I knew kingfisher was off my radar. Sold my jet boat on the weekend and I'm pretty sure this is the direction I am heading in. Just need some more capital lol

I have had a Lifetimer for about 6 years now. Got it pre-owned when it was about 2 years old. I use it for west coast fishing as well as big fresh water lakes. Aside from very petty issues that I have had this boat has just been awesome. I have put about 800 running hrs on it with the twin engines. It's been essentially flawless. IMO it is for sure one of the best west coast boats out there. Once u get a Lifetimer, chances are you won't go to anything else. There are other good boats out there too. Just be careful in what your getting into. If it's less $$ there will be a reason for it.

Thanks for the input. Honestly I thought whatever they are all the same but as soon as you get into a Lifetimer you can tell the difference. There is a 3250 I'm really interested in down in Washington. Just need to come up with the capital

Are u planning on trailering it much? I have the 27' and it is at my limit for what I would want to tow. I have moved it from one end of the province to the other and I honestly would rather have a 24' for "on the road". Much lighter and easier to load.

Just when I go to the ocean, I'm only 3hrs away. The 32 has tridem trailer. With a large family we kinda need some room.

5 people in my family and we were not really tight for room. It was ok. A 32' would no doubt be awesome! Don't forget about fuel consumption. Lol! It can be brutal depending on how far your going. Good luck with your research. I had just as much fun over 4 years looking around and test running as I did actually making the purchase and using it. Haha
