Nice pics, thanks for sharing! Aug long weekend is still too early to enjoy all of Healy, lots of snow in that part of BC! In all the trips we've done there it seems like there's a 2-3 week window where you're guaranteed access to all the high elevation stuff. A little too early there's still left over snow, too late and you're into the new snow!

We were tentatively planning to go Mid August.
(Aug. 13th-14th).But may move that date back to the end of August.
We wanted to go up to the North end of Trout Lake after Healy Creek.
The Incomappleux Valley has alot of good quadding areas.
And some huge Cedars!
If you want to join us you are more than welcome!
There will be about 10 of us in the group.

End of August will be the best chance to get to the top of Healy this year and only if we get really hot weather from now til then! Guy are heading up Meadow on Aug long to go sledding! :D So much snow still this year, record snowfall and cool spring/summer so far.

Fish river has great quadding, Mohawk ck up Pool ck is worth seeing as well as the Teddy Glacier mine and Dorothy mine on the west side of the Fish river.

great pics everyone. my famliy are headed to trout lake august 30 to sept 10 for our holidays/4 year aniversary. my wife and i went to trout for our honeymoon in 07 and took a quad and rode double up to the cat ski area one day and then some lower logging roads. She was pregnent with our first and was getting a little shook up. We have been back the following year with our daughter how was 5 1/2 months old, but didn't take anything to ride. just site seeing with the truck. now we have a cat sxs with full cage and seats for the kids. we will be outing just by our selves again. does anyone recomend a places or places that are good to take in? ridding abillity is very good. looking at getting 5 ish hr rides in. going to be staying right at the lake again. hope there will be room. does any one know if there is anyting planned at the lake this september long? anyone going to be there that time frame? check in a bit.
