Avalanche Canada has done away from been able to sign up for new forecasts, but you can still get them in your inbox using RSS feed. I know it sounds too technical but it is not. first step go to the current forecast you are interested in go to where it says RSS feed which is on the right about half way down. right click on rss feed and copy link address. 2nd step go to Free realtime RSS and Atom feed to email service. Get your favourite blogs, feeds, and news delivered to your inbox. paste the link you just copied and enter your email address in the the next box and click on the feed me button. 3rd step wait to get a confirmation email and click on the confirm link.

Pretty simple and there no reason not to read each one. I like saving them so when they refer to a buried layer you can go back and see what was happen then.

Thanks Ray. Last night, I actually read this process on avalanche.ca. I went to my region and the description was there. It was a little intimidating and technical but I got it done and the email was there this morning. As you say, pretty simple.

So there was some glitches with the feed for those that only got one email but they are fixed now.
