Not sure if this is posted in the correct place but does anyone eases float air tank drop just a little bit below the green on the site glass? Mine does it all the time but not by much. Is it still safe to use? Seams to happen when the bag is cold.

Going on memory, which is questionable, but I believe it says on the canister "do not use if below 2000psi" green zone is 2500-2700. When checking the canister at room temp(20c) the needle should be in the green, when the pack is taken outside into colder temps the needle will drop into the red zone which is normal. If the needle is registering in the same place every time you check at room or outside temp the canister is not leaking. If the canister was leaking you would know immediately as it does not have to leak much air before you will notice a drop in the needle movement. Hope this helps.

BK720 - Tank pressure will drop slightly while in cold temps. -20C or below and it may drop noticeably. Try to get your bag indoors overnight with temps this low.
IIRC from the BCA reps, at 2700 psi there is almost twice the air pressure needed to deploy the air bag in the canister, as the venturi valve assists in filling the bag with outside air. If it's still low on pressure at room temp (+20c) I would check (or replace) the o-rings/lube the o-rings in the head and have it refilled.

A quick bump up would work although they recommend that you blow it off every year to make sure there are no leaks in the bag or hoses. I would recommend blowing it off at the pressure it is then taking the cylinder in to get it refilled with new o-rings.
