Haven't heard much good about the arctic cats, I mean self tapping screws to hold the roll cage together?
I think I have the only defender in town but can't give a review since I've only put on .5 km haha

some of us just ride what works!

you should be fine with the defender, put some miles on and let us know how it works. lots of 4 seater kawasaki's running in the bush, only occasionally will see 4 seater polaris or can am.
Beware the old man , in the land, where they tend to die young!

my glass is neither half full nor half empty!!
i find it's just not tall enough!

lately i've been told i'm old, painfully slow, boring, can't ride, not a real man? what will next week bring?
"pin it " what could go wrong?

I think when it comes to the Polaris line many go with the utility line ups. I know as our kids are getting bigger and want to do their own thing we have been looking at a more sporty ride, more for comfort then anything. Will keep our ranger for ever though as it is the ultimate hunting farm machine. That reminds me I need to install my two new gun racks.

    Opinions of family SXS'

To be fair all brands in the utv segment are evolving so quickly , we have more choice than ever. So our demands and expectations are growing as well...
Just a few years ago .. You chose a rzr or a rhino .

That was it , now we have sport / utility / 4 seaters/Sport utility crossovers /
    And pure sport...
So what was relevant in some ways a few years back , may not be as much today...
Lots of choices & competition is good !

Most people at glamis appear to have both...
On a holiday weekend they expect over 400,000 visitors ... A good chunk of those in sxs's
