I have a 2003 predator 90.
It was running fine and one day out on the trail my daughter was driving along and it lost power.so I brought it home and tried to figure out the trouble. It will idle but dies when you pull the throttle unless you at the same time feather the manual choke then you can get it to keep running. When it dies it will fire right back up.here is a list of what I have changed and still have the same trouble.

all new
spark plug
fuel filter
carb
rubber intake between carb and reeds
new reeds
piston
rings
jug
have tried running it with fuel cap of thinking it was getting vapor locked

did all these things and still have the same issue with no power. I have googled it and seems like many have had the issue but I couldn’t find out a fix from any of them.

When I completely un hook it. It won’t run. I took the 2 screws out of it and it did change a thing. I also checked the switch in the throttle to make sure it was working as well.

sea foam did not fix it either.

So I pulled the line off the shut off and yes it was not pouring out like I thought it would so disconnected the line from the tank and had fuel pouring everywhere. So I hooked it directly to the filter. Started it and same bog. I watched the filter and it never empties when it bogs. I was thinking it should run empty if the supply was bad. What next?

What's your altitude. Buddy had a Polaris once we had to drill holes in air box and plug or uncover holes depending on where he took it. Was extremely sensitive to small changes in altitude.

Try this
The only thing you are left with after this is crank seals or stator not giving enough power, possibly the coil not giving enough spark and last but not least cdi box
The first would be the crank seals though because you said it would rev up with the choke on

A friend of mine found that I had put a k&n type air filter on it and when you do that it gets way more air and either need to put a bigger jet in or put the stock air box back on.
