2013 M8 153 going to 162 Question??

Hey Ive got a 13 M8 153 going to a 162. I swapped my rails and track. He said they were 162 and will bolt up no problem. Bolt up was all good I Just Learned the rails i got were off a 2015 162 M9000 (Only found out it was a turbo when i picked the stuff up) ...

The issue Im having is the front shock is maxed out and the straps are not even close to tight... What is the difference here do i need a new front skid shock and arm and or did i just get ****ed on this swap???

162 rails on my 1100 are exactly the same as my 162 m8. And if I remember the limiter strap on both are not tight. I don’t think they become tight until all the weight is off the sled. Well this is how mine are and I have never touched them other than adjusting the shock for my weight.oh and both are 2012.
