mag side looks great

Y pipe dry had to run sled back to truck so that pic does mean to much

If there was water damage I would thinks both pistons would show damage

I want to figuer out what went wrong before repairing it

running a "Thing Cooker" only mod done to sled

What you all think !?

I would forsure be checkign fuel lines for a possible kink point. how much fuel did you have in the tank? How the fuel pickups are in the sleds if one gets stuck open on a lower tank it would suck in air and drastically drop fuel pressure. I have a used set of cylinders and head for sale. i upgraded to a 925 kit and no longer need them. they have 1100 miles on them. Let me know if i can help you out if needed.
