Hey I’m thinking of upgrading my 13 with a new 2016 36” narrow front end, wondering who has done this and if it was worth the money, also what does a guy do with the stock shocks do they fit with the new a arms?

I've done it to my 15. You need new shocks. I got mine from cat for a std m8. They are the cheap coil overs. Was under 400 for the pair. They work fine for me. No complaints for them vs the floats. Right away I noticed it being easier to initiate the sidehill and bring it up on edge. Once on its edge I feel like it made it easier to keep on edge but not extremely noticeable. Still find myself working pretty hard to keep my sled on edge in more set up snow. I switched over summer. So I don't have a back to back comparison. I also only weigh 160lbs, so I don't have much weight to throw the sled around. Yeah If your really finding it hard to get your sled on edge I say it's worth it, if it's not an issue for you right now I would probably say save your money.

If you have a 38 inch front end u can shorten shocks with the spacers. Mine was 40" so rather than getting the shocks cut down. I went with new ones.
