My sled was awesome on belts..., until my last trip, I blew one, then blew two more within 60 Kms. The sled has around 500 miles, not one belt, then all a sudden, in really heavy wet snow, blew one, then two more the next day. It's peeling the top layer off, seems like alignment is out?

Lift up on the drive clutch to see if you have a broken motor mount

This, or a bushing pounded out on the plate between the clutches.

Any bog at all? Could be a roller in secondary causing bad alignment. But I’d say motor mount

I took the secondary off and cleaned and inspected, all looks good. How do you align the inner and outer sheeve?

Check your primary for binding, remove spring and put cover back on and make sure moving smooth and no excess play in face bushing. Checking crank runout wouldnt hurt either, cat cranks are pretty tough but have seen some get thrown out of alignment from a belt explosion.
