I added the Canada sled parts steering bushing, geared it up, manual adjuster and installed The Thing. I found the air shocks make a huge difference so getting them adjusted to your riding style and weight is important. My has a 3 in track and with the 7 tooth driver I thought gearing was important or your with the 8 tooth driver it is less of an issue but still one you may consider, the manual tensioner is a personal thing. The steering bushing is money well spent even if it seem excessive. The thing is also a personal preference I like to eat hot food on the hill. I had a Jaws trail can before and it was quieter, lighter and works flawlessly, I would recommend the Jaws trail can if you don't want a cooker. Some have changed out the skis I have not yet, I do have a set of Polaris grippers if I decide to change. Really the 16 works great and is very capable. The engine will make full power at around the 500 mile mark, maybe sooner with some good heat cycles. Enjoy your new ride.

Forgot to add front bumper if it has just the single piece up top. The ltd bumpers worked good there are lots of choices.

Ive made several changes to my 16ltd es, all personal preferences or trying to be different. The one change for me that was a no brainer- the boards. I carry no snow on my running boards. It was very goofy cutting up a brand new sled, but i would do it again in a heart beat.
