Cold starting issues

Is anyone else having cold start issues?? There are several here that start if they feel like it when cold. Throw in a couple of new plugs and away they go and run fine all day. This is very perplexing to me. One guy went all last season with no problems and this year he's putting in new plugs every other time out. Mine has been hit and miss almost since new. Have changed the reeds and that did not make a difference.
Any ideas?

1300km on my 13. Not once have any had any starting issues... still got my original plugs in there to. Did have fuel pickup Issues but problem was fixed by warranty

2000 km on my 12 PC and it only took 4 pulls using the clutch cuz my starter rope broke and it was -18 my sled always starts no matter what the temp is and I've never changed the plugs.

Never had a problem with mine..... Other then having to be the hull to pull it over at -30
