New to sledding and was putting together a list of things to bring on trail riding at catterac in Alberta.

I searched for info regarding max suggested weight with a bag on a 2009 m153 tunnel. Didn’t find what I was looking for... Is there other considerations beside weight on the tunnel. like cooling Etc? I notice a lot of you guys are back packing but for now I might just throw a bag and strap it down behind the seat.??

And one other question that I’ve been wondering is how many areas at catterac are alpine avalanche risks ? My plan for getting my son experience is trail riding and small hill practicing for the first year so if I get familiar with where to stay away from can I tackle and save the avalanche courses and equipment for later? Is this responsible for that area if I map the trails out ?

Thanks in advance

Rick

I am going to mount a Mountain Addiction gas can on mine before the snow flies. I think I'll mount it as close to the seat as possible to keep the weight off of the rear of the tunnel.
