Part of there business model moving more expensive items you looking at a $21000 sled probably not getting out of the seat now I bet if your looking at a $200,000 mastercraft they would have more interest in you?

Back to the turbo talk I think doo has done very well with marketing these things and getting them in peoples hands quick they are also first to the table from what I’ve seen these things have been selling fast. I also seen today that someone had shoved a fox qsl lockout into an 850 chassis that makes doo very appealing to me. That said the 18 cat of mine has been good that engine is strong so if cat was on the ball enough to get something out before snow check time it could be a coin flip. If not I would defiantly be seriously looking at one of these yellow sleds.

IMO management should be kicking them in the ass .
A lot of others in shop or business rely on selling sleds ,Atv,Utv for them to collect revenue in there departments .
If it’s a inconvenience to sell product ?!! Get out and let someone else that’s passionate about the product take over .
Couple phone calls to BRP would sort that **** out right now .

Well cat does have patent drawing for a turbo 2 stroke, however still a good chance it might not make it to production. And as for the doo turbo I would wait for next year assuming they will offer different colours and options.

That sounds the exact same as 5 years ago.. no change its hard to fathom people would consider buying there but to each there own.. John Deere/Stihl on the other hand I have had great luck with.

Picked up two new turbos from ryan on the west end this week, him Chris and Brent all took good care of me. I’ve been dealing with them for a few years and they have always been awesome! Can’t say enough good about the guys at Martin.
The turbos seem amazing, going to revvy next weekend and can’t wait!!

That tells me something about the ignorance of that sales dept.... lots of the guys I know own both the sled and the boat..!!
I’ve always preferred the appreciation of a smaller dealer... typically a person gets better service at every department and usually at better pricing.
tells me something about BRP in general! arrogant from th CEO on down to salesmen. Ill get bashed for this but I Will not support BRP at all. There are a lot of better dealers selling a great product.

Well I sure hope when and if cat comes out with a turbo sled they have enough confidence in their machine to let it eat.... 3-4 psi boost is a joke

Seems to me that the only ones that think the new turbo Doo is a joke are a few of the Cat guys? Sour grapes? If you think 4 lbs of boost is a joke then line up beside one at 8000 ft sometime and see how pathetic they really are?

Seems to me that this entire thread is a moot point, as Cat doesn’t offer a factory 2S Turbo...
Good on Doo for releasing one, even though it’s not for me at that price point with the current boost levels. But lots of them will be sold regardless.
