19 154 Alpha 2000 kms no track issues-20 154 Alpha started losing sections of inner paddles around 1000 kms up to 10 at 2000 kms. I've repaired the track in those spots hasn't affected it's performance. Also had 18 MC 3 inch no track problem. Track issue and increase in cost of 21 kept me from snow checking.

Nervous to even post this, but we have a racer that was having issues with delamination and tearing lugs. He asked us to build him a 4 wheel axle kit so we did and hes put 1.5 seasons on the kit on a turbo sled and will confidently say that it has resolved his issues. I just want to share the info, at the risk of hearing about "why would you put 4 wheels on the alpha", there may be people who share his issues and may look at this as feasable option. We had expected to have these released, but back orders on the wheels have curbed that. for now fell free to check them out at this location...https://pnwl.ca/collections/arctic-cat/products/arctic-cat-alpha-4-wheel-axle-kit

you should sell them to the Arctic Cat

How you liking the 4 wheel kit Tex?
Only have the one spring ride on it

But definitely can feel the difference when side hilling, not feeling the track bars vibration

Doesn't change the tippyness , mabe a bit less wash out

Definitely think it's a good upgrade , should help track life

I have a doo, my track has typical delamination issues, I find the cheap glue terrible. I go to auto glass stores and by there windshield urethane works great on tracks and klim boots too.
Mine was broken bars , even broken in the drive lug holes

3000 km

Buddy lost 27 paddles on his 20 175 doo at 1900 km

All the new tracks work good , but don't last

I may have to do this, have two lugs that missing about an inch wide chunk in the middle, about 600km on the track, I’d like to potentially stop that from getting worse

It will also help stop the cracked paddles at the 2 wheel edge

Only thing I don't like about it is , it's not a through bolt with nylock nut

It's two bolts with no retainer to keep bolts from backing off , so hope the locktite works

They may have changed that , as I gave some feed back on that
