I have been there years ago. If I remember right they don't like dirt bikes there.

yup its a no dirtbike area. not the biggest area, but a very nice well marked trail system. some of the trails might be a little tight for a large SXS but? There are also some trails across the bridge, west. on the south side

Re: Poacher's Landing Trails?

Was not aware about the no dirt bikes thing........I've ridden there many times on my bike over the years and found some single track as well.....hmm.

Anyways, trails are super easy but fun and flowwy. It's mostly sandy so there is not much for mud and is still great after rain.

we stage at the poachers landing campground, and there are no dirtbike signs there. we once took a pick of our bikes parked behind the sign. have also gotten in trouble with the guy running the site as well as fish cops. they don't want bikes out there. quad only area

Is that the campsite along the road to the boat launch? We've always staged along that road, which is after a right turn when past Alpac, but from the website it looks like it shows the campground is left after Al-pac.

yes the campsite has the boat launch. after the pulp mill you hit a T intersection turn right then your first left then about a half mile it will be on the left side

Re: Poacher's Landing Trails?

Hi guys, I know this is an old post but I wanted to follow up on it. The link to the park's site is no longer active, does anyone have a map (or link to a map) of the trails? I'd like to have a rough idea how long you can ride on them and where you can end up.
