West there is no creek that I recall. Instead of a trail that goes down to the river u go up the hill... Kind of scketchy tho

Hadster - if one wanted to park with a holiday trailer about 1/2 half , where would you park ?
Reason , ride one way and back to the RV one day , then the next day ride the other half and back to RV ..

That's a good idea. I would think Saunders would be the best place to camp
I actually enjoy west of Saunders on the rail line the most. Trail is much better shape and view is nice to

Ya I would say Saunders is about 1/2 way. Not too many easy spots to camp east closer to misty valley ( cause its all private land ).

best to camp at texs place, he loves big loud quads, has a big yard to tear up, and lots of beer. plus he could always use the help gettin the kawi going.

Yep what medler and tex said, I did that last year....except blew my pinion bearing on the first day so only rode 3/4 of the way to nordegg and back to saunders....but in my opinion too that is the BEST part of the ride!!

Those were four of our Quads that were stolen from Horburg. The police recovered all four of them within 24hrs and 2 of them were total write offs. Unbelievable. Im still hoping to make the Horburg to nordegg this summer or spring. My quad should be out of the shop by long weekend i hope.

I agree Saunders would be the best midway point for camping, to the west there is a small little creek to cross (more like a ditch) as you leave the road and continue west. The trail up the hill is a bit steep and a little intimidating unless you have some expierince riding (then it's not that bad at all).
